«Employment»: employ 60 thousand Saudi and Saudi Arabia in the private sector
The system of work and social development has prepared a package of programs, training, rehabilitation, financing and employment of more than 60,000 citizens and citizens (first stage) to join the private sector.
The Minister of Labor and Social Development, Ahmed Al-Rajhi, chaired the first meeting of the Follow-up Committee on Emiratisation which was held on Tuesday at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of the Deputy Minister for Labor Dr. Abdullah Abuthainin, the Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund Social Development Bank Ibrahim Al-Rashed, and a number of ministry agents. The meeting discussed all the programs and initiatives that enable Saudis and Saudi women to enter the labor market and stimulate enterprises to attract citizens and citizens through various programs in partnership with the private sector. HADAF has announced a number of possibilities that support the training and employment of citizens and citizens. Coordination is being held for joint training programs with a number of chambers of commerce, industry and educational and training institutions to implement IFAD-supported training programs as well as interactive training platforms such as electronic platforms. Employment channels have been announced and made available to job seekers and employers such as the National Employment Gateway (TAQAT), recruitment centers and fund branches across the Kingdom, an e-recruitment meeting and support for the stability of Saudis and Saudis in the labor market through IFAD-supported programs Support for the growth of localization of enterprises, the micro-employment support program, the support program for the transfer of working women (access), the program for supporting children’s hospitality (kura), support for entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises.
In addition, the Social Development Bank has announced a variety of financing programs for young Saudi men and women without interest to enable them to work on their own. Between training, consulting and guidance, through scientific and practical experiences and global partnerships with supporting entities of small enterprises. The Human Resources Development Fund and the Development Bank hold a number of workshops and meetings to acquaint citizens, citizens and employers with training and employment opportunities.
